Here we are one overcast morning on the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the Kew Gardens Interchange. This area is known as “shamgma” because of the high frequency of accidents that occur there.
The problem is that the overpasses of the exchange cause condensation to accumulate on the roadway underneath on a relatively sharp turn. Drivers not familiar with it generally take the turn quickly, hydroplane, and hit the wall. Over the years, the metal barricades have been replaced with cement to try and keep the roadside repairs to the barriers down.
Maybe one day, they’ll care about the cars and solve the condensation issue.
